Hey Cintech,
Both computers are on separate sides of the house about 30-40 metres away from each other. My computer uses a wired LAN connection because the signal from the router is really poor. There aren't any other wireless devices around when I use the keyboard. The only thing I can think of is that maybe my mobile is causing the lag... is that possible?
Thanks

Hello saladdodger229,
It could be the mobile phone . Try seeing if it happens when the phone of powered off.
Best Regards,

Nope it isn't the mobile phones.
I have tried everything now, and the fact that the same issue has occurred on both keyboards in completely different scenarios is really frustrating. Whilst the keyboard doesn't have this problem a lot during usual functions where the computer isn't under any stress. When trying to play a game that demands a lot of system resources, the experience is completely wrecked.
I think until there is a major breakthrough in wireless technology, I am still going to rely on wired keyboards from now on when it comes to games.
I don't surpose there is any chance Logitech will actually look at the product to determine if there is a hardware fault?
Kind Regards, saladdodger

Same problem with the K520 - an absolute nightmare of a keyboard given the latency and delay issues.
I would have to turn it off and on about 10 times per day.
Similar issues with the M310 mouse.

I know this thread it a little old but I just happen to stuble upon it and thank god I did; I was under the impression that this was an isolated issue to myself and I am glad to see I am not the only who's disappointed with the performance of this combo.
Having the same issues as you all state and I have tried numerous troubleshoots. The keyboard seems to lag at certain positions and so does the mouse but the keyboard seems to be more predominant. It's also a pain in certain situations such as while you're playing games. I would type something and it would not respond until I shifted the keyboard to another angle.
- Rep told me to reset and remove batteries and then type for a good 20-30 seconds to drain the keyboard which didn't achieve anything.
- Downloaded the software and re-paired each device which didn't seem to help.
- Checked for interference; originally thought it was my Wifi modem but it wasn't the case. I have since moved the computer to another table while the tower sits directly below and it still exhibits such errors. Even before, the receiver was literally only 5 feet at max away in clear sight to the combo.
- I even went to the extent of reformatting my system to no avail.
Highly disappointed considering the cost of the combo. I paid $20 for a previous Microsoft combo which was flawless!!! Only reason that I changed was that I had to leave it behind back home in Australia...
I'm running Windows 7 x64 on a custom built machine.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm having these problems too. I haven't noticed it in the mouse, but there's massive input delay in the keyboard and it's terrible when it comes down to gaming.
I have tried everything that's been said in this thread. I have Windows 7 x64.
Other Logitech models don't have this issue. I have the EX100 (a pretty cheap entry-level combo) and it works flawlessly, while this one that costed me almost $40 has pretty bad lag issues.
Is there a fix available yet?

* BUMP *
Same problem.
This keyboard and mouse is a nightmare with its latency issues.... I switch my keyboard off and then back on about 20 times a day to get it back working (no, there is no observable interferene or operating blue tooth devices in my office).

I've been having this issue also, on Windows Vista SP2 (32 bit). So, a couple days ago I downloaded Logitech's SetPoint software, and since installing it, there's been no lag. Also, I've noticed that my PC recognizes the keyboard & mouse much more quickly when resuming from Sleep Mode.
I don't know if this will help any of you out there that have been having this issue; but so far, just installing SetPoint has resolved the latency issues.
