I bought this keyboard - mouse - speaker (speakers are R-10 stereo speakers) set on April 18th, 2008 from Wal Mart for $59.77 Canadian and everything has been problem free up until now. My shift keys aren't working correctly. They don't make any different noises than they did before and the keys aren't sticky when I press them. It's just it takes numerous times at holding the shift button down and tapping the key I want to use before the capital letters, question mark, quotation, and any other keys that are used with the shift button to work. I know it's not the other key's problem because they worked fine when I had them working on my right shift key button and when I had used caps lock. My left shift key button was the problem at first a day ago. Then I figured out that it only worked when I pressed in a certain area on the key so I used my right shift key as a back-up plan. Now the left and right shift keys are barely working.
From what I understand, having read the warranty that came with the box set, it's still under that warranty for another year. Can anyone help me here on what to do now?

Hi
,
The warranty does cover instances of keys being defective (as this problem seems to be). Please e-mail Customer Support for assistance with the warranty procedure.
