Hi,
I just moved from Microsoft to Logitech mouse keyboard combo. I have an Marathon Mouse M704 and MK700 keyboard. One of the features I really miss is the ShowDesktop mouse assignment. I followed a couple of posts on how to insert it but it did not work for my vesrion of SetPoint v 6.32.7. BTW I am runnign Windows 7 x64.
Ideally, someone from Logitech introduce this important function as standard rather than have people manually put in the function by editing the xml file. This is what makes some products more user friendly than others.
In the meantime can someone please give me on how I should do this manually.

Try to use a Keystroke Assignment to any combination you want.
Then, create a shortcut to: %windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{3080F90D-D7AD-11D9-BD98-0000947B0257}
It doesn't matter where the shortcut is placed, since now you'll define its Shortcut Key to the same combination as before.
Probably Setpoint needs to be restart afterwards.
Cheers

Thank you. I'll give it a try.
My question is why something so doable does not get implemented and necessaites a certain level of expertise. In today's enviornment the difference between two products is not about the electronics but more about the functionality and easy fo use.
