We can try to go trough the troubleshooting on this FAQ and check to see if the issue persists. If it does, try to test your Ultrathin Keyboard on a different iPad. In case the same issue occurs there, please send an e-mail to our support team. They will help you check if the issue is related to the hardware and if your keyboard is still under warranty.
