Some keys are not working

Hello!

Recently, an issue about my MX3200 set arisen.

The problem is that some key combinations simply do not work. For example: if I press "left shift + r" keystroke is not registered (even at char counter at keyboard). However, if I use "right shift + r", I got "R". The very same is with the following chars: <, v, r, 3, 4. By using left shift I got nothing, but if I use right one, I got normal characters.

Another thing is that combination of right shift and DEL is not working, while the left shift works with DEL regularly.

a) Why this happened?

b) Is there any solution?

Additional data:

- keyboard is in use for approx 3 years and some 4 million chars have been typed on it so far

- no shocks, stress or anything like that happen to keyboard recently (and in general)

- batteries are full

- this occurs in both secured and unsecured mode

- I'm using Win7 x64, driver 5.20.51, CC 6.20.50

Re: Some keys are not working

Hello Pelunce,

These key combinations worked previously? Try removing the batteries and typing on the keyboard for about 30 seconds trying to touch all of the keys. If this does not resolve the issue please contact customer care for your region.

Re: Some keys are not working

They all were working properly.

In the mean time, by means of one of the most detailed function analysis I've ever done in my life, I found solution. It was necessary to slightly untight crews holding left side of keyboard. By slightly, I really do mean slightly: only 10 deg. :smileyvery-happy: So, now's all fine. Thanks for help anyway. :smileyvery-happy:

Cheers!
