I've gone through forums for a while and they told me to try to change my language settings, hold both shifts for 10 seconds, try it on another computer, etc... None of it worked. I only had the keyboard for a couple weeks, I dont eat over it or anything.
I had problems with the right shift key, it wouldn't let me do any of this: ?, K, (, or hold SHIFT+ENTER. All of that would work with the left shift key.
I punched the right shift key, because I figured - why not?
I taught that son of a **bleep** a lesson.
Keyboard works fine now.

i just received my logitech illuminated keyboard and i'm experiencing problems with the left 'shift' key. it can't decide if it wants to work or not. at times i can get it to work and then it will up and stop working. when i press down for a several seconds and then use it again it works for that particular shifting. then the next time i try to use it, it stops working again.

I have the Logitech Illuminted keyboard and when I hit the left shift key it jumps to the top of the screen and goes to find and replace. I have been reading about these types of problems but not the answer. Is it to get a replacement keyboard from them if its still under warranty??

I have the same problem with the right shift and key 0 when i try to type the right parenthesis. If i click and release the shift key and then immediatelly click 0 the right parenthesis is typed. on the other hand if the right shift is pressed at the same time as the 0 then keyboard is nto typing a thing.

Do you have a game pad connected with an active profile? Try exiting the game pad program. I have a G13 and if it is active in the system tray then it apparently overides keyboard strokes.

If possible , please test the keyboard on a different system , this will determine if the keyboard has developed a hardware issue. If you are using an external USB hub or pass through device , please disable them for trouble shooting . If you are using a Windows based system check that sticky keys are not enabled , see : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-t
Do you have multiple applications installed that are intended to assist with customizing your keyboard settings ?
