Ultrathin keyboard cover - strange behaviour

Just noticed a strange behavior for this impressive keyboard for my iPad 2. During recharging of the keyboard, it stays connected with IPad, even when the power switch is turned off (red color on  the power switch). Only way to terminate Bluetooth connection is by turning off the bluetooth on my IPad.

Any ideas why this is happening? I have already tried to cancel the pairing between the 2 devices and re-establish it, but no luck. I also tried to charge the keyboard by connecting it first on the USB port of a laptop and then directly from the wall socket with the aid of a USB adapter. Nothing changed.

Re: Ultrathin keyboard cover - strange behaviour

Hello uemeulo

It is normal for the Ultrathin keyboard to stay paired while charging it or even when it is turned off. The only way to completely disconnect it from the Ipad is to go to Bluetooth settings and click the keyboard and click "forget this device".
