Hello,
I have just purchased the Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750. I have plugged the unifying device into my laptop, turned on the keyboard and no issues at all, the laptop picked up the keyboard just fine. However, the same unifying device doesn't appear to be picking up my Logitech Darkfield mouse, which is supposedly also an "Anywhere" unifying product with the same receiver.
The mouse works just fine on my home PC with it's original unifying device, but I want to switch that mouse to my laptop at work together with my new keyboard and it doesn't seem to be working. Any advice? (yes it is turned on and yes the batteries are almost new).
Phil

Is the Darkfield mouse already paired with another unifying receiver?
My experience is that a device will talk to only one receiver. You need to get it to forget its current connection.
Do that by running the Unifying software with the mouse and current receiver in place. Them go to the "Advanced" settings and Un-pair the mouse.
Now, take the mouse to the receiver that the keyboard recognises and run the Unifying software. The pair the receiver with the Darkfield mouse.
Unfortunately, you may find that you can run the mouse only on the laptop, because that has its paired receiver.
To move a mouse or keyboard from one machine to another, you either have to un-pair them or move their receiver.

Thanks Michael, that sounds like it could be the problem. The Darkfield Mouse is paired with its original device (which is at home on my home PC, I am currently at my office). Can I unpair the mouse here at the office at all?
I didn't realise there was unifying software, I thought this was all plug-n-play.
