Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hello.

I have purchased Wave keyboard and I still can not figure out what for are zoom buttons. They do not work in any of those application:

Firefox 3, Word 2007 , Excel 2007 , IE8, Photoshop CS4, MS picture gallery, AcdSee.

How can I use zoom buttons in these programs?

PS: I found only one working use case: when I push "button under zoom buttons" (I do not know English name for it), I can flip windows using zoom buttons.

PS2: I am using Vista 32bit, SetPoint 4.72.40. Other special keyboard buttons work. Keyboard's minireceiver connected directly to PC.
