Re: Windows 7 64 bit drivers for M/N:Y-RAQ-DEL2 and M/N:M-RBB-DEL4 DELL XPS420

Hi Meltech,

I did the windows update and then installed SetPoint 4.80 from the link that you provided.  The connection wizard came up.  Tried to connect mouse using the connect button....waited long enough....it wasn't connecting...skipped mouse...then repeated the same with keyboard. Unfortunately, the connection did not happen for keyboard either.

Any other thoughts?

Thank you.

Do you happen to have another PC you can test the mouse and keyboard on?

Kind Regards,

I do have a XP professional 32 bit machine, but not a Windows 7 64bit. The problem now is on Windows 7 64 bit.   I use Cordless Desktop EX 110 on XP machine.

Thank you, Chandra

Re: Windows 7 64 bit drivers for M/N:Y-RAQ-DEL2 and M/N:M-RBB-DEL4 DELL XPS420

I have exactly the same experience and I see no answer here. I have a Sony Viao laptop with Windows 7 64 bit and I was using the Bluetooth transcever built into the laptop. My MX5500 worked fine for quite a while. Then, one day they just stopped working. Now it won't work with the internal or external transciever.

I can't believe both the mouse and the keyboard failed at the same time. I suspect it was the some Windows update that broke it. Let me know if there is any solution to this yet.

Thanks,
