Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hi,
recently, I have brought a MK260 Combo pack. When I went though the keyboard (K260), I can clearly see a rounded sticker saying  "Do not O.K. Remove".   

What does actually means? Does it says this item had not been QC Passed? Please verify me on this.

All our keyboards have to be QC Passed and most of them have have a sticker indicating so.
