Hello All
Ii have a Wireless keyboard K350 and a performance mx mouse connected by a unifying receiver
1) If i enter in the bios my keybord and mouse works perfectly (ASUS motherboard). So its not a match issues between all the devices
2) Il i boot with window 7 the keyboard and mouse are not working at the login screen for 5 to 10 seconds. I have to wait. My windows 7 is on a SSD drive with a I7 processor. So the boot is quite fast.
3) If i install setpoint it is even worse. The keybord and mouse are not effective for more than 15s.
4) if i use a normal USB keyboard the keyboard is effective immediatly
5) i have try to move the Unifying receiver on several usb port but the result is the same
Any advice ?

Hello mavsoft,
- Power drain both keyboard and mouse by holding any key or button on the device for 20 seconds without the batteries
- Replace the batteries
- Download and Install the Unifying Software, click on the advance button and un-pair and pair the device

Hi,
just came here by google, as I got the same problem here with my performance MX mouse.
It used to work fine as long as i also used my K360. I switched to another (non Logitech) keyboard, since then I have this strange waiting time, everytime I reboot windows.
I tried to un-paire and re-paire the mouse (the K360 un-paired), but I still have to wait about annoying 20 seconds, till i can use the mouse.

Hello Chris985,
So just to be clear, the K360 has been un-paired using the Unifying software, if you press the Advance button, you don't see it anymore, correct?
If this is correct, the delay or lagging issue can be caused by a connectivity problem. Check out the following FAQ:
My Performance Mouse MX frequently loses connection
