Hello Zielak92,
If you find the information posted below does not help, please post the M/N located on the bottom of the keyboard and I will sort it out for you. All of these use different receivers.

Hello ,
I need some help please with a MK520 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo I just bought. The mouse seems to work fine as soon as I plugged in the receiver. I needed to download the Setpoint software and so I have. It is the latest version just downloaded today. But my keyboard has not worked once. I have been reading forums all day to no avail. I put fully charged batteries in it. I has never been recognized by the Unifying software either. CTRL + ALT + F12 does nothing. I would like to fix the keyboard and not have to take it back . Please help!

If the mouse is working, this suggests that the Unifying receiver installed just fine and Windows recognises it.
Have you run the Unifying software to see if it recognises the keyboard? It isn't clear from your description if you have tried this.
Keyboard and mouse should arrive paired (and locked) to the same Unifying receiver. But something may have gone wrong.
(I have no idea what CTRL + ALT + F12 is supposed to do.)

The unifying software never recognized it. it was on the Mouse and Keyboard settings but nothing in there helped. I tried to re-pair it and now its not showing up in the settings anymore nor is it being recognized by the unifying software.

I have a Logitech Deluxe Desktop 660 combo set.
I had Windows vista (and in the end turned it into win 7) and it worked fine.
I have now brought it to a new machine which has windows xp and the mouse works fine, (even configured it using setpoint) but the keyboard is not connecting at all.
I have replaced the batteries
Reset the connecter device by holding button for 10 seconds
changed the USB port
Any more ideas?
Nick

My Logitech K260 keyboard randomly locks up and does not respond. Sometimes just briefly, sometimes for longer.
I notice it most when playing Skyrim, however it happens a lot also when I play my second favourite game, Spider Solitaire. It also happens when using mozilla, word processing programmes and others.
The mouse seems ok.
Using it on Windows 7 64x. I have the latest drivers.
Can anyone help me with this problem? I have looked all over the internet and have found nothing helpful, and it is making me sad.
thanks

I have a Logitech M320 keyboard. All of a suddent I can't type some capital letters when I hold down the shift key, I have to press the caps lock.
Shift a selects all.

It's making it tedious to get my work done.
any ideas on how to fix this?
