Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

hi people i need help my ex110 keyboard doesn't work properly when i press a key, like when i press "D" on the keyboard, on the screen it would write de3 and open microsoft word or when i press the volume button mozzilla firefox and calculator open. All the keys are messed up like that how do i fix?

What operating system are you using? Please try your keyboard on a different computer, if the issue follows the keyboard, this would indicate a hard ware problem.
