I purchased a Logitech VX Nano wireless mouse and later on a Logitech diNovo wireless Keyboard for Notebooks. So now I have two USB wireless receivers plugged into my notebook, one for each device.
I tried tinkering with the Logitech SetPoint 4.7 Connect Utility to determine if I could get both Logitech devices to work with a single USB wireless receiver. Unfortunately this does not appear to work (not that I could find any documentation stating it would).
Curious if there is any means possible to achieve this?
I'd rather not have to tie up both USB ports on my notebook to support both the keyboard and mouse. You'd think the usb wireless receivers would be designed so that they could recognize / communicate with a range of logitech keyboards and mice.
Thanks

Hi
,
The Nano's receiver is not compatible with the diNovo. Presently, it is only able to connect to the VX Nano, V450 Nano and V550 Nano.

Found the solution.
The diNovo may not be compatible with the VX Nano receiver, however it appears the VX Nano is compatible with the diNovo's receiver.
Solution:
Assuming both VX Nano receiver and diNovo receiver are plugged into notebook.
1) Unplug the VX Nano receiver from notebook, and store this someplace.
2) Start Logitech Connect Utility.
3) Per Connect Utility instructions :
3a) Turn off VX Nano.
3b) Turn on VX Nano.
3c) Connect Utility should acknowledge that the VX Nano is now setup after a second or two.
VX Nano now works on diNovo receiver, and you can operate both wireless keyboard and mouse off a single receiver freeing up a valuable USB port.

Re the question from SteveND:
In your Mac Utilities file should be a LCC Connection Utility.
