I've had the unit for just over 1.5 months and it has never held charge for more than 1 hour before the battery indicator goes red and then starts to flash.
I contacted customer support and they opened a ticket for replacement. When I emailed back the invoice (dented box item ordered directly from Logitech, I received the following reply:
Dear Xxxx ,
Thank you for contacting Logitech's Customer Care.
I received your proof of purchase but unfortunately it is a DENTED BOX promo so we can't replace the device for you . You can call our Sales Dept . for this issue and their direct # is 1800 - 231 - 7717 . For reference purposes this is your support reference number 120525-002007
Thank you once again for your email.
What gives? According to Logitech's website, the following is stated:
Dented Box items from Logitech are products whose outer box has been torn, scratched, dented, or has other markings on it. The product itself is guaranteed to be in brand new condition and fully warranted. Sales are limited to quantities on hand.

You were directed to the Sales department because they handle replacements or refunds for Dented Box items. A replacement or refund can still be processed for your Dinovo Mini but it needs to be handled by the Sales Department.
