Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

hey my dinovo edge wont charge.  i place it in the cradle and it begins to charge for about 1 min then stops.  ive tried numerous outlets and the same thing happens.  the green battery light blinks for about a minute then stops blinking and the battery just stays low.  anyone have any similar experiences or suggestions?

Have same problem, but unfortunately, your e-mail support not working, and I've already spend two times by 2 hours hanging on the phone waiting for someone to respond.  You must be kidding when mentioning use of your support, because it is non existent!
