Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Keyboard is an 867610-0403, mediapad is 867605-0100, mouse is 852384-0000.  USB receiver is MIA.

Two questions:

1) which receivers will work with the above combination?

2) will the above combination work with a USB bluetooth receiver from another device?  I notice it mentioned that the above combo works with a computer with built in bluetooth.  Does that infer that any bluetooth receiver should work for these Logitech components?

These devices will pair with a 3rd party Bluetooth receiver.
