Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I have a desktop wave pro combo and after installing setpoint none of the multimedia buttons or document flip buttons work, some only work on their default value such as the media center button and the media player button, even after switching their function in setpoint. The other buttons don't even do anything. What could I do to solve this issue??

Which keyboard?

Is it that the changes you make don't stick? (Try running the software in "admin" mode.)

Is SetPoint showing the right keyboard? I have seen it "remembering" hardware that I removed months ago. The only way to get rid of it was through Windows Device Manager.

It is the wave keyboard, and the problem is not that it is remembering older hardware, the problem is that when I asign a function to a programable key through setpoint nothing happens as if the keys didn't work. I've tried running it as admin, taking out of the startup and running it as admin everytime i turn my pc on; nothing works, setpoint simply won't work.

Hello robbiq,

Please provide additional details. What operating system are you using? What functions are you trying to assign and to what keys? If it is the media buttons,  you may need to make the desired media player default in the operating system first. The Wave keyboard has had revisions since it was first released. Please provide the M/N and the P/N from your keyboard.

I have the same problem.

VX Revolution mousepointer

Windows 7 64bit

SetPoint cc6.32.7 d5.33.14

macbook air 2012 computer

i have set the thumb buttons to keystroke assignment

and the search/center mouse button to "show desktop"

it doesn`t work.

also, i can`t choose "prt scr" as a button for keystroke assignment, which is what i really wanted because the macbook doesn`t have that button (i tried setting it using an external keyboard) but i guess it doesn`t really matter since it`s not working anyway...
