Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

For some reason, I sometimes have a glitch in my DiNovo Edge where the caps lock turns on and off when I scroll with my mouse. It is really annoying because each time I scroll down a page, the keyboard beeps and alerts me of caps lock being turned on and off.

Is there any remedy to fix this? I installed the new software for Set Point but with no luck. I went into the tools and disabled Caps Lock. While it stops it initially, it goes back to doing it after a while. 

Any help to remedy this frustrating situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi daonei,

Please try using your keyboard while in clean boot mode, which can eliminate any third-party interference.

You could also try removing SetPoint completely to see if the problem remains.

If the issue continues, please try using your diNovo on a different computer. If the problems follows on the second system, please contact Customer Support in your region for further assistance and to discuss the options available to you.
