two wireless keyboard/mice sets interference

Hello.

Here is problem:

on PC #1 i have older MK320 wireless keyboard/mice set, and on PC #2, I have newer MK260 wireless  keyboard/mice set.

Older set on PC #1 works fine...

New set on PC #2 works fine when set on PC #1 is not in use... But when someone uses keyboard or mice on PC #1, mouse on PC #2 starts to lag and looses clicks or registers single click as double click. So there is some interference between them...

Any suggestions how to remove this interference??

I don't want answers like "did you check you batteries? did you check optical sensor? Is receiver close to mice/keyboard? And similar generic answers.
They all have new Duracell batteries, PCs are 4m from each other, and each receiver is not more then 1m from his mouse/keyboard. I have check everything I can check.
I have tried using Logitech connect utility, and still got same lag/interference.

Re: two wireless keyboard/mice sets interference

I am not familiar with those two devices, but I have had keyboards that come with an "encryption" option that locks the keyboard to the PC.

It requires a magic "three-fingered salute".

My MK300 mouse works, but my keyboard does not

I think the idea was to prevent someone from eavesdropping on what you were doing, but the effect is the same as you need.

I found that by throwing "encrypt" into the support search engine. You might find something that is more relevant to your hardware.

Not all keyboards seem to have this feature. But if one of yours does, it could be a start.

Hello kober,

Please see: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/16104

Does the issue persist if the keyboards and mice swapped from pc 1 to pc 2 ?
