I'm traying to use my old scanner over windows XP and I can't. I could install FotoTouch Color software, but when I do click in Acquire... an error message appear saying "Camera device connect or DLL error!". Is this because of my windows version? Thanks.

The Scanman II is a very old device and has been obsolete for about 10 years. No new software has been developed since then. There is no way I know of to get that scanner to work in Windows XP. Sorry for the bad news.

Ok, thank you very much. I think now is time to get a new scanner.
