does any body know why this system shows nowhere in the logitech system except some forgotten filing with the FAA about compliance?

Hi,

Because F-0414AR is not the model number Logitech uses for it.

The product is called the Logitech Wireless Music System and it was released almost at the same time as the Wireless DJ. Both product are now longer gone and very much end of life.

Both have been replaced by the Squeezebox Classic and Duet (plus Transporter).

The new stuff works on WiFi, compared to the old Bluetooth which the Wireless DJ used and the 2.4 GHz the Wirless Music System used.

Plus, the sound on the new stuff is soooo much better...
