For those of you having issues installing Logitech devices and getting Error 201:

After reading endless "solutions" and trying each and every one of them without success, I stumbled upon a possible solution for the rest of you.

While going into MSConfig and disabling everything I noticed one application remain running after the reboot.

If anyone is using ThreatFire, you have to uninstall it before installing the Logitech drivers. As soon as ThreatFire was no longer running the install took without a hitch!
