My cooling pad has suddendly stopped working on both of our macbooks (Lion OSX), but works fine on our Windows PC (just to test if the pad was broken or not).
I could see it stop working on one mac, because it would be indicative of a possible hardware failure, but both macbooks at the same time?
Any ideas for troubleshooting? (aside from the obvious..get a new cooling pad and hope it keeps working..)

The Logitech Cooling Pad N200 does not distinguish between operating systems as it uses the USB port for power only. The only explanation that I think of is a power management setting may have been changed. I suggest contacting Logitech Customer Care for your region.
