Problem with Dual Action Gamepad (Windows 7 64-bit)

Gamepad doesn't work properly, everytime i'm playing Burnout Paradise it keeps switching on and off, i know that because gamepad buttons stop responding and I keep hearing the usb sound of "connecting and disconnecting". I cannot downgrade my Logitech Gaming Software since i also have a G400 mouse. I need help, thanks in advance.

Re: Problem with Dual Action Gamepad (Windows 7 64-bit)

Hi valette,

Does this happens with any other device? Have you tried different USB ports? Does this happens with any other game or is just with this specific videogame?

Meanwhile, could you please try the following with your Dual Action Gamepad:

1. Open the Device Manager and expand the Sound, video and Game controllers section.
2. Right click on the Logitech Dual Action Gamepad and select uninstall.
3. Unplug the Dual Action Gamepad and restart the computer.
4. After the computer boots up, plug the Dual Action Gamepad into a different USB and wait for the drivers to automatically reload.
5. Once the drivers are installed you should get a message saying "Your device is ready to use".

Please give this a try.
Kind regards,

Doesn't happen to any other device. Tried different ports. As far as I remember it used to work with Battlefield but it was a different windows installation (Win7 64bit).

Sound, video and game controllers doesn't show my dual action gamepad, just my audio entries. Devices and Printers show Logitech Dual Action, looks ok there.
