I've been using a G510 for some time now and on rare occassions where I need to access my BIOS, the G510 does not let me access using the standard 'DEL/F11' key. I have to use an old media keyboard.
I've attempted this with USB Legacy enabled & disabled, the results are the same.

do you have a headset plugged into the G510? the presence of audio resources on the keyboard device appears to confuse some BIOSes.

have you tried spamming the key or holding it down? some BIOSes have trouble recognizing a USB keystroke if you press the key only once (or tap it too lightly).

I'm not sure. my G510 works ok going into my own BIOS, but there have been plenty of reports from people having the same problem you are, so clearly there are BIOSes out there that don't play nice with the G510.
hard to tell whether the problem is the G510 or those particular BIOSes though. it's possible that the G510 is doing something unusual but in 100% compliance with the USB keyboard spec, while the BIOS is making assumptions that the spec doesn't actually allow (but which work on 99% of the keyboards out there). or maybe the BIOS complies with the spec but the G510 doesn't.
