Hi
My Logitech UE Speaker is great. I can access it from any PC either wired or wireless. It works with the Ipod Touch installed onto the connector but it just can't (usually) find it on the network. The Ipod Touch is working fine, I can access the internet and other shared media on my home network.
It seems like the UE app isn't working properly. I have uninstalled it and re-installed and for a few minutes it did find it and the Air Spaeaker showed up on the Ipod but then it disapperared never to be seen again.
My home network is secure and uses WPA2/PSK AES - could this be the problem? The Ipod Touch attaches fine, asks for the password and can see shared media on the network.
Help please!
Thanks
Mark

Hello Rudgey,
You may want to try the connection using iTunes:
http://logitech-en-emea.custhelp.com/app/answers/d
You could also try resetting iPod Touch.
For further assistance, it may be best to contact Logitech Customer Care for your region directly.
