Running a Windows based PC with 1.7GHz processor and 1.87GB RAM. When I run the video through the Logitech software, the video is fine. However, when I move to the Vid HD or GoToMeeting and activate the webcam i get a choppy video with green and red through the feed. I've checked the upload/download speeds of the PC and speeds are testing at acceptable rates.
any thoughts out there?

Hello Skallsen ,
When using the webcam and get a choppy video it means your computer does not meet the minimum requirements. For video call or conference it requires at least 1 mbps upload and download speed of the internet connection and minimum speed of 2.4 GHz Intel® Core™2 Duo processor. If your computer has these specification then there should be no problem using the webcam for video calls.
