Hi:
I just bough a logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, updated the drivers and I was offered to install Vid. I read all about and looks interesting option.
I bought this camara to Skype with my wife that has a HP Laptop with a build in camara. Now considering Vid, I wondering what is the rules to install with a none Logitech camara as I will not buy another logitech webcam to put in top of the properly working build-in. I read the Vid page but it's unclear, it said yes for 30 days or if somebody send you a invitation. Does this invitation qualify for a full use without a logitech camara? If this is true I will move from skype to Vid in a instant.

Carlosh,
Setup/create your Vid account then invite your wife for Vid-chatting from the computer your have your QC Pro 9000 installed, have her follow your invitation, install Vid then she will have a Vid account that will not expire as long as she installs Logitech Vid via your invitation.
Thanks,
