All week I have received the following message when I try to open logitech vid HD: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are experiencing technical difficulties at this time. We are aware of this problem and are actively working towards a solution. When will this problem be solved and can users be notified when the system is back up? Is this a local problem or is everyone experiences the same thing?

Hello cshart;
The Logitech Vid HD service was restored as scheduled. Please try the following to assist in resolving your issue:
Power off your computer, modem and router.
Then power only your modem back on and wait for the lights to cycle. Then power your router back on and wait for the lights to cycle. Then power your computer back on and launch Logitech Vid HD.
If you have continued issues:
If you are on wireless, disable your wireless adapter and plug your computer directly into your router and launch Logitech Vid HD. If after doing this you still have the issue, power off your router, modem and computer. Plug your computer directly into the modem. Power up the modem and after the lights cycle, power up your computer. Launch Logitech Vid HD.
Thanks
MCW

I have several friends in Jacksonville Florida who were apparently affected by whatever was done during that outtage period. I forwarded them the post below, but it did not solve their problem. They have tried contacting tech support, but have been very dissappointed with the results. Currently they show as UNAVAILABLE on my end, and their end tells them that the outage problem still exists and Logitech is working to resolve it. However, this problem does not exist with my friends in other states. What do you recommend they do.

Hello Jerry6;
If the affected users have already performed every troubleshooting step I stated in this forums thread;
As a test for possible DNS issues, have them set their computers ethernet adapter to the Google DNS Servers, then launch Vid HD again.
Thanks
