Logitech Vid not working since Mid Feb 2012

Since middle of Feb 2012 myself and my All my contacts and their contacts who use Logitech Video have trouble connecting to any of their contacts, it will connect 1 in 20 time if lucky, normally failing with error #5.
I have been through every thing i think of on my system, router, firewall etc and nothing seems to help.( I been working with computers for 25 years so I pretty well know where to look and what to try etc ). Yes I have reset the router, turned off my fire walls completely, made sure the UDP ports are all open etc. Nothing I do seems to help, connection keep failing
Tried you're vidtest@logitech.com can see available but cannot connect , simply get #5
All my contacts can a see each others status but cannot connect. This is most frustrating

I have been having the same issue, but this morning running against the test connection it worked about 1/2 dozen times but by the time my friends connected (we can't connect either way) I could not do it and have been getting the #5 message since. I am thinking Logitech has an issue somewhere if it is that intermittent.

Thank you,. If it helps any the last time I used it successfully was Feb 27. I did not attempt to use it again till this week and have been unsucessful since. I have port 9000 forwarded on a belkin router, using windows 7 64 bit with a mcaffee security suite. Today I made no changes and got thru to test. Went out, came back got thru to test, tried a contact that has been working before the 27th and does work with one other out of network machine but not with me. When I got the 5 tried the test user again successfully maybe 2-3 times but since keep getting a 5.

Hello;
Our engineers identified an issue that may have been causing the peer to peer firewall errors for users who previously had successful call history.
Please quit Logitech Vid HD, reboot and launch it again.
Then call the "Vid 2 Min Demo" (vidtest@logitech.com)

tried it , rebooted then connected once then back to 5's tried to connect to my girl friends pc got a 500, tried test and got 408, intermittantly I have been able to get thru sucessfully.

Folks - Still not working for me, in any of my devices (gtv, pc, etc).
Getting different and intermittantly errors, all possible variations. Still very unstable.
Logitech team - any more details on this?
