Logitech Vid stopped working

I posted this in the Revue forum, but I think it's more an issue with VID.
We've tried Revue to Revue between Chicago and New York - the system was working fine until last friday - then failed as 'blocked by firewall'.
We tried computer to computer in Chicago and Computer to Compter in NY - could not connect or it would connect for a couple seconds and then die.
No new firewall or hardware was installed in either office and the problem 'fixed itself' about mid-day. We made calls all afternoon without issue.
Today, we're having the same problem again. Revue to Review between Chicago and NY - New Laptop to New Desk top here in Chicago - can't connect.
Tried the vid test call - that failed as well.
Is there a problem with logitech today?

The problem has returned.
Again we have issues where we try to connect Logitech Revue to Revue and even computer to computer using logitech vid - we are receiving the 'blocked by firewall' error.
No fire wall changes have been made and this was working fine yesterday and last week.

Got same problem. No firewalls/routers have been changed. Unable to connect, even tho both of us say we are available, but it does continually cycle between available and unavailable.

Hello Fladnag;
Add vidtest@logitech.com as a friend. Call the "Vid 2 Min Demo".
If you have continued issues, logout and quit Logitech Vid HD. Then launch it again and sign in. Call the demo and available friends.
If the issue persists, please perform the following steps on your Revue:
Press the "Home" key on the Revue keyboard and then press the "Settings" key.
Navigate through the options by selecting each of the following in the listed sequence; System Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Logitech Vid HD > Clear Data
Acknowledge the Delete message by selecting "OK"
NOTE: Deleting this data will also delete the data stored in the Logitech Vid HD login page e-mail address and password fields. You will be required to re-enter that information the next time you launch the app.
After you finish this step reboot the Revue by pressing Ctrl Alt Del.
Once rebooted, launch Vid HD, setup the webcam, log into your existing account. Then call the demo as well as your available contacts.
