I've got a combination modem/router through Time Warner, and it drops internet for all devices (not just my laptop) when I attempt to "answer" a "call."
Is there a port I need to forward or something?

Hello dustinian;
Quit Logitech Vid HD by way of the menu options or by pressing Ctrl Q (do not click the X). Then relaunch the program and sign in.
Add vidtest@logitech.com as a friend.
Call the "Vid 2 Min Demo"
When the call fails, does Logitech Vid HD display a call failure message?
If yes, what is the entire error message?
Immediately after the call failure, click Help > Submit Diagnostic information.
Then send me a private message with your Logitech Vid HD e-mail address.
Lastly, see if you are able to locate the following:
Manufacturer name, model number, hardware version and firmware version of your modem/router device?
Thanks
MCW

Hello again;
If the computer has a wireless adapter, make sure it is "disabled" in your computer operating system to ensure it is not obtaining the connection.
Connect to the Modem/Router with an Ethernet cable.
If you do this and the issue goes away, try and locate driver updates for your wireless adapter or leave it disabled.
If the issue still occurs when only connected by Ethernet, you may want to consider updating the firmware on your Modem/Router.
IMPORTANT: Read all of the manufacturers instructions before downloading and unpdating the firmware.
Thanks
MCW
