Hi, I have tried to locate the photo used in "my settings - my account info" in VID HD. Is this photo not stored on my hardddisk anywhere, and only uploaded directly from the Logitech cam to the Logitech Cloud ? How do I get that (jpg?) file ?

Any suggestions ?

You are correct. Your Logitech Vid HD picture icon is not stored on your local hard drive. When you take the picture and save it as your picture icon, it is uploaded to our content servers and stored there. You will not be able to retrieve it for personal use.

If you are using a Logitech webcam and want to take photos with it, you may want to use the Logitech Webcam Software available from the support section of the Logitech website or the CD-ROM that cam with your webcam.
