Revue to Revue Video Call not Working!! Please Help!

Hello, I purchased three revues, one for us, one for the inlaws and one for my mother. The main reason is we wanted to video chat together, and have the grandparents be able to see the kids.
Problem is I cant get any of them to work! I cant establish a connection with my mothers revue, says that a firewall may be blocking the call?? I am going from revue to revue here in all cases. I tried with the inlaws and a pic cam up for a second but it was still and very blurry, couldnt see any movement or hear any audio, then the same thing happened. Call was dropped and said a firewall may be blocking call. Where is the firewall coming from??
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Lets go one at a time with the most accessible Revue...
add this "friend" to Logitech Vid on your Revue. "vidtest@logitech.com" and attempt to call it.
. If you can call it the network for this Revue is not at issue - move to the next Revue. If you cannot call it there's maybe a firewall issue in the network of that Revue and we'd need more direct information (via email) to help you resolve.
