Hi,
I just love Vid
I have it working between Australia & the USA. My wife (in the USA) said it was like watching high definition TV. Todate we have 'made do' with Skype but its video is far inferior.
I have 2 ADSL internet connections at home; my main network is connected via Microsoft's ISA Server 2006 to the internet & my test line via a Billion modem.
I can get Vid to work through the Billion with no difficulty. However, when I Login to Vid on my main network it says that I am unavailable. Given that I am using the same account & same webcam etc, I know the issue is ISA. In an effort to discover the problem I 'disabled all firewall rules' but this made no difference.
Could you advise how I can successfully get Vid to work through ISA?
Once again, congratulations on a great product.
John

Hello Downunder:
Here is a link related to Microsoft ISA 2004 that may assist you. Granted there may be a few differences as far as the interface goes between version 2004 & 2006. They reference SightSpeed but the same principal instructions should apply to Logitech Vid as well.
