Logitech Vid

I am gettign this TEXT issue where the text is all Weird Colors on the logitech vid app and on all the options in the app, BUT NOT AnyWhare Elce  except some websites on firefox but and even the ABOUT text is messedup on the logitech vid

How long have you been using VId and has it always displayed this way?  If not, at what point did the change happen and what other things were you doing system wise at the time (downloads, installs, reconfigurations).    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Vid?

Also, to confirm, you say you're not seeing this on any other applications you have installed?

ever since i first got it, which was when the quickcam orbit af software updated, and yes it always was like that.

ya im NOT seeign this on any other applications i installed as far as i can remeber

if you could give me an understandign of what your text system  is for the programe like the kind of text (not font but the way its ewndered or waht ever) i could possable pick out certan things which uses simuler ways they put there text, (if if urway is famileur to me that is)

and yes i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, hell i even tried a clean uninstall anda reinstall, and i wsaent doign any thing elce at the time

Interesting and thanks.  I'm thinkin its related to your being on Vista 64, just off the top of my head then.    Send an email to support denoting what you've experienced.  Also, denote that you conversed with support in the forums about it and that an escalation was requested.

Lastly, be sure to send a diagnostic report via the help menu in Vid as well.  Thx
