Logitech Vid

It's the logitech c525 and it said it's on HD 720p but in fact, the quality is worse than my old microsoft lifecam. How do i fix this? If i can't then I'm just going to have to return it

Since you posted in the Vid forum I am assuming you are using the Vid application. Please take a look at the system requirements to make sure you are ok there. Also take a look at the faq # 18219 that shows the optimum settings for making a HD video call.

If you are not using Vid and your cam is not giving you HD quality in general, please contact Logitech Support for assistance.
