For a week or so now, logitech vid has not been working. I can open the program, but it says "you are unable to receive calls" and all my contacts show unavailable, even though I have confirmed they are logged in. If I call someone, it ring until i get the #408 error message. Other try to call me and can't (says I'm unavailable).
I tried logging out, rebooting pc, logging back in, but nothing works. I also added the vidtest@logitech and can't call that either (get the same #408 error). I verified in Norton firewall settings that Vid is set to Allow. Don't know what else to try.
It had been working fine for over a year, and this is only started recently.
