Logitech Vid

I just used Logitech Vid for the first time tonight. My friend could see me, but the only way I could see me is if I full screened it. If I had it smaller so I could see my taskbar, etc, all I saw was a black rectangle.

Any ideas?

Hello joemontana;

Please refer to FAQ 11733 to assist with youur issue.

After performing all the steps, add vidtest@logitech.com as a friend. Then call the "Vid 2 Min Demo" to test. If that is successful, then call another available friend.

NOTE: When you are toggling the screen views in Logitech Vid HD, be sure to use the application control button in the lower left corner of Vid HDs and the video window (full screen) and the "Esc" key (reverts to normal view). Do not use the Maximize / Minimize icons in the upper right corner of the applicaitons title bar.
