i have 3 contacts.
they are all online and available in my logitech vid programm.
I choose logout. i wait till logout is finished.
i quit the logitech vid programm. i wait 10 seconds.
i start the logitech vid programm.
i wait till it is finished starting up.
my 3 contacts are all unavailable. (this happens 1 out of 10 times) normaly the become available again.
what can cause this.
what is a safe way to logout quit and start again without loosing your contacts 'available' status.

Your own status might be Unavailable at that time, the reason all your contacts show Unavailable. Look at the Vid tray icon and wait till it shows blue (Available) after you login. Try to logout then relogin if it keeps on gray (Unavailable).
Persistent Unavailable status, like when you never show Available at all, usually indicates firewall/router blocking the SIP protocol.

My own status is available and the tray icon is blue after startup + login of the logitech vid app.
Firewall is turned off and the modem is not blocking traffic. all works fine most of the time.
it occurs sometimes. for no reason.
what is a safe way to logout - quit - start - login. so i do not end up with all my contacts unavailable when they are not.
logitech vid application auto connects + login at startup of the programm.
