hi all, i just used my c920  for the first time. there was no color and there was vertical lines. the party that i was videoing with said they had color and no lines. they are using the 525. i am running vista with the requirments to run the webcam. can anyone help with this?  thanks   ron

I would suggest getting (or reinstalling) the latest video driver available for your video card by downloading directly from the computer manufacturer's website or video card manufacturer's website if it's a card you added on.

If the issue persists after the driver update/re-install, try switching your Windows display color depth to 16 bit (in the display settings).
