installed c510 software and vid software...trying to create and account in vid hd, but when the window opens, two sets of form windows are on top of each other making it impossible to fill out....have tried closing and re-opening and nothing changes

Hello moseley;

Are there two Logitech Vid HD account creation screens overlaying each other?

If yes, I would suggest uninstalling the application. Then download and install at least all the critical updates available for your computer and reboot.

After rebooting, download and install Vid HD again by going to http://www.logitech.com/vid

If it isn't the Vid HD application that is showing a "double form" overlay corruption;

Are these two different pop up windows with forms that appear on top of the Logitech Vid HD user interface? 

Or perhaps something else? If yes, please describe in detail.

Are you able to read what's on these forms?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot?
