I am very concerned...vid has been down for 2 weeks now...I have called Logitech 1 week ago and was told the engineers were working on the problem....it might be time to hire new technicians if the problem continues for this long.

Would you please provide us a clear description of the issue you are experiencing with the Logitech Vid HD application:
Specifically, what exactly you are doing such as:
- What application links and menu options you are clicking on and what are the “precise” results/behavior?
- What are the "exact" error messages that you are seeing (if any)?
