I have a Bluetooth mouse that will not connect to my pc. M/N: M-RBB93; P/N: 852295-0000; PID: LZ5443AA. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2. The software that came with the mouse is SetPoint 2.44b. I've already tried going to your customer support section and that did not work. It took so long to put in the information, the session time-out before I could finish. If there is a USB adapter I could use, I'd take that route.
