Yep it's unfortunate that there has been no response by the Logitech crew. I will be very hesitant to purchase another Logitech device, if this is the kind of support that is give.

I contacted buy.com about my problem....  they changed my product without any trouble.... that shows that where you buy from is more important than what and which brand product you buy....

my mouse worked very well after change, no problem anymore... i guess logitech has a high percentage of bad quality products...

SOLUTION: When establishing the bluetooth partnership (when the computer is searching for the mouse) and during the first connection the mouse must be in "reset." Make sure you hit the button on the bottom of the mouse instead PRIOR to searching for bluetooth devices from your computer.

I am experincing issues as outlined by other users of the Logitceh Bluetooth Mouse!
