Hi,
I have a Logitech V470 Cordless Laser Mouse that connects to my DELL Latitude D620 laptop via Bluetooth. My problem is that after pairing the mouse to the laptop, the BT connection keeps getting disconnected and automatically reconnected every 10 seconds or so. I'm running Windows XP and every time this happens I hear the "device disconnected" followed by the "new device found" sounds.
I think the mouse hardware must be fine because it works perfectly with my Lenovo ThinkPad T61 laptop. Thinking it must be a software issue on my D620 laptop, I've tried reinstalling Logitech's SetPoint software and removing it completely and neither attempts worked.
Can anyone suggest a solution for me? Maybe I need to upgrade or downgrade my D620's BlueTooth drivers? Or do I need a specific version of the Logitech SetPoint software or drivers?
Thanks!
urig
