Hi my MX 5500 mouse and keyboard dont connect every other time i reboot vista(64bit) I contacted the support but they just told me first to check my bios then to try it out on some other os which i dont have and i just dont have time and nerve to deal with them. If anybody has the same problem or has a solution please tell me.

I have a similar problem with Vista 64. Lockups abound. I basically plat WoW and when I use the mouse to move the characters the screen locks up. Personally I am very tired of the lack of tech response to the issue. It does not matter if I use a Microsoft mouse/keyboard or my Logitech MX5500. The fact that it happens with both suggests it is an OS issue,

Hi everyone  Since you mentioned that you experience the same problem with the Microsoft keyboard and also the MX 5500, there is a very high possibility that this issue might be caused by your Operating Systems. We would greatly appreciate if you could test the MX 5500 on another OS and let us know if you continue to experience the same issue. This way, we would be able to determine if this issue is related to the OS or specific to the keyboard.
