I have been looking through the support pages, and i haven't found a way i can get phone support in Australia.
Anyone have any idea how i can either fix it myself, or how i can get hold of logitech without paying a massive phonebill for international calls, no doubt i would be on hold for a while.
Thanks all

This problem with the G7 mouse has been happening for YEARS. I have had exactly the SAME problem for just as many years and I've given up on Logitech and their lame ridiculously inept "technical" support. All they can do is quote from their manuals and tell you to update the firmware or software, put the receiver closer etc. etc. etc. They are USELESS. I've tried everything to no avail...EVERY dimwitted bull**** answer and solution they've thrown at everyone has been and is absolutely USELESS. I've pretty much given up on them. I'd REALLY like to be able to buy a G7 that WORKS but i don't think they exist. It's a great mouse WHEN it works properly but the damned thing hiccups every few minutes these days, even with the very latest drivers. Thing is,i love the feel of it and the way it works when it does. I use a $10 corded mouse if I need to do anything important and it NEVER fails. I also have a MICROSOFT cordless mouse but I HATE the shape and feel of it BUT IT WORKS perfectly and has never ever failed or done what the LOGITECH G7 is doing. Basically, logitech's only solution to the problem ,in reality, is BAD LUCK..you bought it SUCKER!!!

WOW! i just noticed that GREEN LANTERN is on the Logitech support team. Hey HAL,maybe you could use your RING to fix this problem...The G7 isn't YELLOW,so it should work!

So when would the problems with the G7 get fixed? If I just get a replacement it would be the same G7 that still had the problems, and only would be able to work a weeks or so (as my old one did).
